The community doesn’t seem to be pleased with the choice made by the creators of Call of Duty, Warzone to limit the use of the well-liked COR-45 weapon. Because of certain attachments and blueprints, the handgun has been one of the most prevalent weapons in the Call of Duty Warzone meta during Season 1.
On Thursday, December 5, Black Ops 6 and Warzone Season 1 Reloaded were released. That brings many new gear, weaponry, and game modes. Several holiday-themed modes and events. Such as Holiday Rush Quads and Slay Ride Resurgence in Warzone, were also introduced in Season 1 Reloaded. Players can obtain Jolly Archies while playing Warzone. Which they can then use to purchase exclusive clothing and cosmetics during Archie’s Festival Frenzy event.
Call of Duty: Warzone Developers Restrict the COR-45 Handgun for the Foreseeable Future:
Many gamers on Twitter are unhappy that Raven Software is prioritizing this issue right now, even if the restriction levels the playing field in Warzone. Many gamers are angry with the increasing cheating issue in Black Ops 6 and Warzone. While others are dissatisfied with the way developers handled the COR-45 handgun earlier in the year. The fact that the Warzone creators are working on the game over the holidays seems to worry some players.
- The Call of Duty: Warzone developers have restricted the COR-45 handgun, likely due to issues with the weapon.
- Attachment and blueprint glitches caused the COR-45 handgun to become an overpowered, fast-firing SMG.
- Players aren’t happy due to the weapon’s restriction seemingly being prioritized over Warzone’s cheating problems.
In August 2024, the COR-45’s XRK IP-V2 Conversion Kit experienced a similar issue. The COR-45 handgun had one of the fastest TTKs in Warzone history at the time. Due to a bug that lets players use it with both the Conversion Kit and the Akimbo attachment at the same time. The error became popular on social media. And soon after the Warzone developers learned about it, a bug fix patch was implemented.
